TRANSPORT, JOINGING CHANGE AND WITHDRAWL

1. Admissions to GSCS does not ensure a seat on any particular bus if a bus is full, or does not cover the required area. Parents will have to make their own arrangements
2. Generally requests for change of bus route or additional stops will not be entertained.
3. For joining the school bus : to avail the transport facility parents are requested to fill up forms available in the office.
4. Change of the school bus: students must inform the office about the change of their bus route by filling up the prescribed form. No change will be effective unless sanctioned by the office.
5. For discontinuation of the school bus: Inform the school office filling up the prescribed form. Inform the school regarding the mode of transport going to be used after the discontinuation of the school bus in prescribed form. Bus fee will be charged till the office is informed.
6. In case of discontinuation of school transport, current month’s fee must be paid in full.
7. The bus fee has to be paid according to the fee schedule printed on the fee card.
8. Private transport: Students are forbidden to come to school in self-driven vehicles. Strict action will be taken against those who do so.

RULES FOR USING PRIVATE VEHICLE:

1. Students are not permitted to come to school in self-driven vehicle. If they are found doing so they are liable to suspension.
2. Every student’s mode of transport should be recorded in the school office.
3. If any student who has opted for private transport is found travelling by the school bus without permission, he/she will be fined with an amount equal to a full month bus fee.
4. The school gate will be closed at 9.05 am. No entry will be permitted after 9.10 am
5. Students who reach late should contact the Principal.
6. Three late arrivals would lead to the student being sent back home.
7. Private vehicles are not to enter the campus through the main gate. Parents may park their vehicles either in the church yard or in the school back yard.
