Principal’s Message

Ms Subini K

It is rightly said that “The whole purpose of education is to teach the child to think and not what to think”. We at Good Shepherd’s Central School believe that this is the fundamental truth and it has always been the endeavour of the school to instill the right values in its students. We promote tolerance and mutual respect. It is our commitment to mould children to be open to thinking globally and be prepared for life anywhere in the world. We believe that self-discipline is more sustainable than imposed discipline and hence there is no authoritarianism in our school. In our scheme of things, we promote high standards of achievement and provide space for our students to flourish.

Mission

To achieve excellence in learning both within the classroom and beyond. To empower teachers to guide children with means to construct knowledge

Our Motto

Our motto, Tamasoma jyothir gamaya, beseeching God to lead us from darkness of ignorance to the light of divine knowledge.
